details, and this information will only be used for the purpose it was
submitted for. Credit card orders from 4 NZ Gifts will appear
on your credit card statement as a purchase from WWW Design (our parent
Company).
Consumer
Guarantee
Our
commitment is to your 100% satisfaction. We do not have to
provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase,
so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet
our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Delivery
Information
Delivery
to all New Zealand destinations is included in the price for items totalling
$40.00 and more (There is a $5.00 surcharge for gifts under $40.00). Your gift will be delivered in 1-5 working days.
Overseas
delivery prices are dependant on weight and destination, and you will be charged the exact amount the Post Office charges us.
Please refer to the chart below for an indication of postal charges. A $5.00 surcharge will be applied to all overseas orders under $40 in value.

shipping costs are quoted in NZ$ and are intended as an indication only.
Delivery
costs, if applicable, will not be added to the checkout
total of your order in our shopping cart, a separate
postage charge will be debited to your credit card and
this will be the exact amount charged by NZ Post.
Customs
Requirements
New
Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international
packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost.
As we have no control over any Customs or import charges levied or items
which may not be allowed in other countries, once the package reaches it's
destination, these additional charges or matters are the recipient's responsibility.
